After a HT (Hair Transplant) please follow the instructions : No alcohol consumption, No hair dye, No medication without doctors knowledge, No energy drinks, No cigarettes minimum few days before and after the Surgery, Stay away from direct sunlight, Have good rest rest and plenty of water, No sport for about 2 weeks, No water or rubbing your scalp for about 7 - 10 days after the surgery.

In general, you can get at least 6000 grafts but, in some patients, you can find as much as 8000 and in others 4000. It all depends individually as every person is different.
